Bred at Wye from WGV as an alternative to Fuggles. Low to medium Alpha, just enough to use for both roles. Full round, dark green cones producing good strong aromas reminiscent of Fuggles with sweet grass, floral mint and earthy notes.

An aroma profile and dual purpose alpha level, ideally suited to British Bitter, Pale Ales, Porter & Stout. May be an interesting copper-hop for Czech-style Pilsners or Bock lagers.
