Bred from Yeoman in the late 1990's, Phoenix is a high Alpha genuinely dual-purpose hop, rich in oils and with good storage potential. Late additions may not bring strong aroma, so maybe better blended. Profile suits British Bitters, Pale Ales, Stouts & potentially Helles Lagers too.

Currently we are not able to deliver to areas outside of Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Scotland, the Highlands and Isles.

To receive your goods the next working day, you must place your order by 1pm.

Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation. All orders are dispatched by courier on an express service with you receiving the goods the next working day. Please note that couriered items are delivered between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. All parcels require a signature and if we are unable to deliver then a calling card will be left and the courier company will retry the next working day. We use TNT and Transfer 2000 to deliver our products. Our couriers endeavour to make all deliveries to addresses on the UK mainland (south of Aberdeen) the next working day from dispatch. We cannot accept liability for any damage or delay to your order occasioned by an event beyond our reasonable control.
